How to Use Tomato for Glowing Skin





Hi everyone! have you ever heard tomato is used on skin face? Really!!

Some studies have said that its its vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants provide many additional health benefits; one area where it is especially valuable is its ability to aid in healthy, glowing skin!

In particular, its used to treat large pores acne (oily skin), adding moisture and radiance.
Tomatoes have cooling elements to soothe raw skin, astringents to remove excess oil, and tons of vitamin C and A to brighten dull skin and restore its health.
If it's combined with other natural foods, it gives some essencial nutrients for the skin!

But let's see some recipes to make at home:

1) Shrink pores with tomato and lime


  • 1 talespoon of fresh tomato juice
  • 4 drops of fresh lime
  • 1 cotton ball


  • Combine fresh tomato juice with drops of fresh lime juice! Apply the mixture with a cotton ball and massage gently into skin using circular motions. Leave on the skin for about 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm or water to shrink pores even further, then moisturize.


    2) Cure acne with tomato pulp


  • 1 talespoon of fresh tomato juice
  • Mash a fresh tomato and apply the pulp liberally to your face. Leave on skin for an hour or more, then rinse and moisturize.


    3)Cleanse skin with a tomato-and-avocado mask


  • ½ a Tomato

  • ½ an Avocado


  • A tomato-and-avocado mask is great for combination skin (oily, normal, and dry) because it combines the astringent, blackhead- and oil-reducing benefits of tomatoes with the antiseptic and moisturizing properties of avocados. Mash tomato and avocado together and mix well and smooth on your face. Rinse after 20 to 30 minutes with lukewarm water.


    4)Tomato and Cucumber Juice for Oily Skin


  • 2-3 teaspoons of natural tomato juice

  • 1 coffee spoon of natural cucumber extract


  • Mix Tomato juice and cucumber extract and wit a cotton wool ball, gently cleanse the skin with this mixture, ensuring that the entire face is properly covered. Repeat with new balls of cotton wool until there are no traces of grime, dirt, or oil on the skin: especially around the so-called T-Zone (the area covering the middle of the forehead and the nose)!
